I am looking for a Woman with a stable income to rent room with shared bathroom. All Bills are included in the rent, access to pool and washer/dryer. Neighborhood is really clean, nice, and peaceful. Only 3 min drive to Biola University, walking distance to shopping center with market/restaurants/activities. Ready to move in asap.

House is 3 bedrooms. There is one couple with small child and one other lady. Both parties are calm and kind.
