We have an extra room available and a third full bathroom that we don’t use in a recently renovated three unit home. The kitchen and laundry is shared. The living room is also shared. The bedroom is furnished (though we can take some things out). The building is three blocks from the NJ Transit South Amboy Train Station. We are just 2 minutes from the Garden State Parkway. 23 minutes away from Rutgers New Brunswick.

I work from home in IT for insurance companies. One of my other roommates works in IT for a shipping company full time. The final roommate works for an insurance company and she likes to rollerblade and go on hikes. We are very laid back and keep busy. We are looking for a responsible and clean roommate with no “issues”. No illegal drugs, substance abuse issues, or criminal activities will be tolerated. We are offering a safe and drama free environment and expect the same thing in return. Background checks will be required, proof of current employment, as well as a deposit of one and a half month of rent. Students welcome.
