Hello. I am looking for a new roommate at the start of July. Couples welcome. Measurements for the room are 15ft by 15ft. Two closets located in the room. Shared bathroom. Rent would be $500 plus the cost of utilities. Water and garbage included in the rent. We have animals in the unit so pet friendly is highly recommended. I am also looking for someone who can be responsible, respectful, and professional. The complex has a pool, separate laundry room, and it’s a gated community. Got any questions?
