Non-smoking building. Large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Has a large 2 person shower, linen closet, lots of cabinets. Peaceful and serene unit with good insulation in a very secure building. Large shared kitchen, small hall closet, small living room, small balcony, stacked laundry, dishwasher! Covered garage! Up to 3 vehicles allowed! Move-in date is flexible, length is flexible because lease would need updated, so the final cost to you is not exact but I’m listing a ballpark to find a suitable and dependable roommate to get to know well in advance of current lease ending. You and any other potential roommate would have to be cleared by management. You need 3x income here and good credit.

I’m a responsible and chill 21 year old with great credit. I’ve had the same job for over 2 years and was promoted to supervisory role. I don’t party and don’t like loud environments. I work hard so when I come home, I mostly sit in my room or on balcony with my laptop binging tv shows lol. I’m an old soul! I’ve been paying rent and living here with my parents for 3 years. We all love it here! But my parents are traveling all the time and ready to do something different. I do not want to leave here but I certainly can’t afford to stay here on my own. I have the tiny room and guest bathroom in the unit and I’m paying 1000 and the utilities will be in my name. I can’t stretch beyond this right now. The unit can have max of 3 people. To rent this unit on your own would be around 3500 plus utilities so sharing would be great option and savings for us all! I have a cat that’s a bit skittish but small and friendly. Occasionally I pet sit my parents’ little dog. The whole space is furnished but they can move their stuff to storage. However the cat chews and scratches so expensive new furniture is risky lol. Im neat and tidy in the common and eating living areas. I like things organized! Bit of a germaphobe! Would appreciate those who will remove shoes before entering home and keep common areas clean.
