High Point North Drive

The room I am listing is a jack and Jill room so you will be getting two rooms essentially. Whatever you decide to do with the extra room is your choice, exp make it an office. This jack and Jill has its own private bathroom and shower. All we ask if pay your rent on time and we’ll have no problems.

We are 4 dudes all in our early 20’s and we have been living here for 1 year now. We are renewing the lease this July for another 12 month lease. One of our guys is moving out June 1st so we are looking for someone to fill that spot. We all take turns with cleaning the house, mowing the lawn, doing the dishes, and taking out the trash.
