Ricardo's room

Offering a room for a short period, just 50 days before I move out. Close to Collegedale. The apartments has pool, clubhouse with grill, pool, yoga studio, gym and co-working area.

The room has queen bees with 2 night stands. The room has own bathroom is shared with the living room area.

The apartment has own laundry, fridge, dish washer. I have TV, piano, guitar and a nice balcony.

I speak English, Spanish and German.

I work in Volkswagen and I have free a room for almost 2 months. I’m normally out of home most of days. I’m so flexible and respectful. Important to me is maintaining the shared areas clean. I like to go for running, rock climbing and swimming. I also play the guitar and piano. Sometimes chill out with a Netflix series.
