Janet's room

The room can come furnished or empty. The main bathroom in the house would be yours, but I would ask that it be kept decently clean since if we have visitors that would be the bathroom they would use. All utilities including internet are included in the rent. There is a nice back yard that is fully fenced with a patio area for chairs and a table if you would like to bring one.

I’m a single mom, my son is moving out for college towards the end of August. I would like to find a like minded roommate to help with rent and occasional chores around the house starting September 1st. Basically keeping the shared living space clean, and helping with the yard. I don’t smoke, only drink socially and am 420 friendly, but ask if you do partake to please go outside. No hard drugs or smokers. I have 3 friendly dogs who I clean up after, so I ask that you have no pets since they keep me pretty busy. They are house trained and go in the back yard to do their business, and usually sleep on dog beds in the living room or in my room. I’m on disability due to chronic migraines, so I am home a lot but understand privacy and personal space. I like to bake on occasion when I’m feeling up to it and enjoy playing video games and watching movies. I don’t mind sharing meals on occasion. I’m used to cooking for 2 to 3 people so if you are around when I’m cooking or don’t mind leftovers I’m happy to share.
