Erica's room

This is a luxury 1 bedroom apartment. I’m offering the 1 bedroom to a roomie as it has a built in closet, while I would turn the living area into a flex for myself with a temporary wall/divider. The bedroom would be around $1,400, has a sliding door between living room (my room) and your bedroom which we would keep closed the whole time em to ensure privacy. It’s very spacious and both sides can fit a queen bed comfortably. Your bedroom has a huge closet and drawers, I would have to buy my own closet. We would have the kitchen and bathroom shared, plenty of space, in-unit laundry. We can even add a small couch/living area past the temp. wall on my side. Additionally, No pets please! I’m organized, like to clean and enjoy a minimalistic interior in the apartment. There’s a pool, 2 gyms, theater, cafe/bar and is 1 block from the PATH station in harrison. Apartment has secured Lease needs to be agreed upon June 8th earliest and then the lease would start July 27th or earlier (flexible). Rent stated above plus $50 amenity fee, we split wifi and electric. Need someone financially responsible!

I work full time as HR, so I am out of the apartment for almost 4 full days-5 days a week. I love traveling, photography, creating and editing travel videos, love iced coffee, enjoy going out and finding new restaurants around NJ/the city. I keep to myself at home, listen to music quietly or chill, but am down to have conversation and be friends even. I like my privacy and respect others as well. I don’t mind if you have people over but ask they’re respectful and for a roomie to have great communication and boundaries in regards to any guests.
