We are looking for a respectful and clean roommate to share an awesome living space 🙂 Ready to move in sometime between now and July 1st - let’s discuss! $700 plus split utilities (about 125 each) Living with 2 girls and a sweet kitty cat. Private room with a walk in closet and shared bathroom in a large apartment near the south Winco. Pool, hot tub, fire pits, golf simulator, in unit laundry, valet trash pick up and lots of parking are some of the amenities! No pets please. ☺️

Two girls who are pretty quiet but also love to be social. Must be cool with having BBQ get togethers at times. :)
