A cute budget bedroom for people wanting to live in RiNo but don’t want to break the bank. It has a large closet, carpeted floors, the best AC in the house, and lofted ceilings! Great for people who love decorating (fairy lights or string lights are a must, IMO), and for folks who would prefer not to hear street noise while they sleep. And best of all, this is a great option for someone who wants to live with friendly, nerdy, and kind people. 🙂

This unfurnished room will run for appx $900 and we’ll be renewing for a 12 mo lease.

Great view, garaged parking, air conditioning, in-unit laundry, a huge pool, a kickass location right at the heart of RiNo (so, near a lot of cool restaurants, baseball, and bars).

Summer: An extroverted 26 year-old marketing professional who is passionate about everything Game of Thrones and Star Wars and most nerdy things you can think of. I really love writing, reading, going out with friends, catching up on the latest TV shows and movies, and cooking up a storm.

Gabbi: A 25 year old ambivert who works as a bartender and server. Outside of work, loves yoga, pilates, cooking, video games, coding, and anything in the health/wellness realm.
