I am looking for a roommate for the summer months of June, July and August. The price includes utlities. Wi=fi is seperate and $25 per person. Your move in date is June 1st until September 15.

About the space: Brand new one level living in the desirable West Asheville. The Arts and Crafts home is convenient to restaurants, shopping, schools and much more. Relax in the inviting great room with gas fireplace, prepare tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and island with room for plenty to eat. Enjoy outdoor living on the covered front porch and relaxing back deck with a fenced in back yard. Your room is the master suite with your own bathroom.

About me: I am a 50 year old single, non smoking woman. I work downtown 4 to 5 nights a week from 3:00p.m to 11:00p.m. I like to cook, go out with friends, go the gym four days a week in the mornings, walk my dogs at the Biltmore Estate or on the beautiful local trails, meditate and mostly eat healthy foods. I am kind, respectful and like to have a home that is peaceful and a place to recharge and reset.

About you: Mature, respectful, non smoking person whose partying days are behind them. You like to enjoy your home and keep it clean but not OCD clean. Just looking for someone who needs a sweet home for the summer without any drama. I work nights so if you work days that would be ideal, however, it’s not a deal breaker. You must love dogs as I have two older small rescues Mr. Magoo is a shih tzu and his bestie, is Mildred a chihuahua/pug mix.
