CREDIT CHECK ! Stunning, end-unit home in Marina Bay’s Anchorage community.This is a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home with a garage, as well as a tenant parking space. There is a washer/dryer in the home. Each room has its own bathroom, the 1/2 bathroom is in the shared living area. We are renting 1 room in this home as I’m wanting to move out from this room for financial reasons. Your part of the rent would be $1,250 if you moved in on or before June 1st, if you move in the 2nd week or 3rd that’s okay, rent would pro-rated. Also, okay with someone moving in July 1st. You would need to get on the lease with the other two roommates.

Currently, I share this space with 2 other roommates, both males (Daniel & Jesus). We all work for the refinery here in Richmond. Both males are barely home because of our schedules, they also have family back in SoCal and go there on their OFF days.
