Furnished room in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is located in a quiet established neighborhood on a cul de sac. The home features an updated kitchen large living room and a beautiful pool. The bedroom is 11.5 x 12 with a decent sized closet and brand new bed.

I am 37 year old Transgender woman that recently relocated here from Austin. I work from home currently but I do travel from time to time. I am still new to town so I am working on a social life and meeting people here. I do have to fur babies in the home as well both very friendly but vocal with new people at first. They are very friendly with other dogs and people but no other animals. They are also house trained of course. And fairly well behaved.
