All appliances included with full size Washer and dryer. You will not have to pay any deposit or admin fees just the $60 application fee directly to leasing office. Must make 3 times the rent which is $1219 no evictions no broken leases no felonies or violent misdemeanors. Please only contact me if you can prove you make 3 times the rent and you don’t have any negative rental history that will stop you from qualifying. There is open parking. Texts preferred.
