You’ll have your own bedroom (listed as den on the floor plan) with a massive closet and share the bathroom with one other person. Room is available in June 2023. Rent is $950/month and does not include utilities ($150-$175/month per person). Lease would be for 1 year. No summer sublets.

The apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit, and floor to ceiling windows. It gets great natural light throughout the day! The building has a 24 hour concierge, secure package room, club room, lounge, movie theatre, 2 business centers, a gym, rooftop grill, and rooftop pool! The building location couldn’t be better - it’s next to a Giant grocery store and 1 block from the Union Station Metro (Red Line).

You’ll be living with 2 professional females, one who works as a consultant for the government and the other is an optometrist. Both are very outgoing and likes to host get togethers on the rooftop and in the apartment. Big fans of reality TV and Netflix. We have two adorable cats! Unfortunately we are at the pet limit at the apartment and can’t have anymore pets.
