Hello! My name is Diane and I’m a 30 year old physician assistant living in a Minneapolis duplex.
I am looking for a roommate near my age to move into my soon-to-be vacant bedroom. There is a shared bathroom on the main floor and washer/dryer in the basement with lots of storage room in the basement. Of note, this is a non-smoking residence. The room is $1000/month plus water and electric which we would split.
