Rachel & Damien's room

Hi everyone! We currently have a 2 Story (3 level) town home with a fully furnished basement / game room which is where the guest room is with full bathroom so it allows for your space and ours, everyone deserves privacy! (Room is also already furnished with a queen bed, 2 night stands, desk and additional clothes racks with tons of closet space, possibly open to removing furnishings) Our mid level is a recently upgrade kitchen with bar, gas range, and granite countertops along with a living room with vaulted ceilings mounted flat screen and a gas fireplace. Everything except the bedrooms is a shared living space, we have an amazing view right up on the mountains but with the guest room in the basement you have a more reserved living space. Our game room is probably the highlight, two mounted 75inch flat screens with over 800 games and 5 consoles along with a PC setup, always happy to have a roommate that games, and we’re not loud either, we mostly wear headsets. Parking will be a visitor parking space with a pass as well since there is only a 2 space car port. Unless you have a motorcycle feel free to park it on the patio :)

This town house is owned by me and my husband, and two cats (Max amount of pets at this time) we’re pretty busy so we are not home that often except in the evenings, we both love video games, going to red rocks shows, cooking, and then our own hobbies, Damien plays a lot of acoustic guitar, works on cars and motorcycles, or is cooking & grilling, I game mainly on pc, watch anime, or just general home body stuff with the cats. I’m also a hair stylist so you can also have professional cuts and color on the house lol. We are very, veryyyy mellow people. We believe home is where you go to relax, not party, so we work very hard to make a welcoming environment and a place to rest, its often hard to leave for work haha. We are also not loud at all so don’t let the games and entertainment area fool you we are just a laid back couple, we like going out on weekends, usually pass out kinda early, we’re social but also respect everyone’s space. Ideally we want a kind and trustworthy roommate, some one who will want to kinda be like family, come and go as you need but I mean you gotta play a game with us or catch a show and grab food downtown some time. Damien can also teach you how to ride a motorcycle and has extra helmets lol, drop us a line if you have any questions though, always happy to answer them or schedule a time to meet up and have people check out our home!
