Nathan's room

Room available beginning of July. 4 bed 3 bath house furnished with a nice shared kitchen, dining, and living room space. One upstairs bedroom (unfurnished) 10.5’x12’ with shared bathroom all utilities included: 1 gig internet (however no cable tv) , trash, water, electric, etc. We keep a fairly clean quiet house for any students who need to study. We cannot do cats due to current housemates allergies.

The house is located a quick 6 minutes from UNR, 4 minutes from Walmart and grocery store, 6 minutes from Rancho San Rafael Park, 32 minutes from the Tesla Gigafactory, about 30 minutes from Carson, 50 minutes from Tahoe, and 9 minutes from downtown. It is a nice neighborhood with everything close by.

We are all young professionals in our 20s and former/current UNR students. The house is really quiet and clean, this is not an average college house. You would be a good fit if you are a Grad Student at UNR or an Undergrad who like a quiet place to go.
