Karisma-'s room

Hi im karisma(40) and my roommate is Carlos (46) we are mature, respectful and considerate&seek to keep our space quiet and respectful. The room available is located in simi valley, & is10x10 with mirrored closet doors& is unfurnished. Bathroom is shared. There is a washer & dryer in our apartment home. With the summer upon us u can expect it to stay nice and cool in our home because my roommate & I hate the heat! Lol. U will have access to the kitchen & we will provide a cabinet for ur goodies. The fridge is shared but u will have ur own freezer. This room is for single occupancy only. No hard drugs or cigarettes plz but 420 friendly is ok. U will also have ur own storage in the bathroom as well as ur own numbered parking space near our home. Utilities are included & that means wifi too. Like I said we are chill and respectful & are looking for the same. 711 is a 3 minute walk & vons, rite aid, subway & gas station across the street. 118 freeway is just up the street as well as McDonald’s jack in the box & Carl’s Jr. ( sorry no furbabies)

Carlos (47)and I (40)have been friends for about a decade. We are great communicators and rarely disagree on anything so it is a peaceful living arrangement. We are both 420 friendly but are discreet so no worries if ur not 420. We were also brought up in a Christian household & hold onto many of those values. Carlos is a gamer when not on the clock whereas I’ll be quietly sleeping away in my spare time or watching my anime lol. Whenever we use our TV ’s we also use our headphones as to not disturb each other cuz the walls are thin and we are respectful. We hope to find a mature, respectful & chill person to call our roommate!
