This is a six unit complex and I live in the middle. Very quiet area, respectful neighbors, and has a trail in front of the apartment that leads to the ocean. The unit is furnished with a new queen size mattress, bed frame and dresser. Asking price is $860/month and would have to pass a background check with my landlord before moving in

I’m working full time, a student pilot, and have a pure bread lab retriever that lives with me.
