Hi! I have a single occupancy room available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath flat at Arlington Farm Apartments (West Davis). I am looking for someone to take over my current lease available now through August 31st. My renewal lease is also available for take over Sept ‘23 to Aug ‘24. Rent for the summer is $990 and the renewal rent will be $1045, a $200 to 255 difference below market price for the room ($1245). It is an individual lease so you are responsible for only your rent even if your roommate’s plans change. The apartment is shared with 3 other sweet and respectful girls. It’s a 10 minute bike ride from campus and has 2 bus stops, each a 2min walk. Amenities include 24hr laundry room, 24hr study lounge, 24hr gym, outside pool & jacuzzi, tennis courts, park, on-site maintenance, AC / heat, free wifi & more.
