Hi! I’m moving out of the country and looking for a female, nonsmoking roommate to take over my lease from September 1 to December 31, 2025. After that, you’ll have the option to renew and sign a yearly lease if desired. You’ll be taking over my bedroom in a quiet two-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment in Hoboken, shared with one other female roommate. The apartment includes: •Shared living room, kitchen, and full bathroom •Dishwasher and fireplace in the unit •Laundry in the basement
The apartment is Located just one block from Washington Street with easy access to the bus to NYC, plus restaurants, supermarkets, and only 3 blocks from the waterfront and park overlooking the Hudson River.
Rent is $1,394/month plus utilities. Security deposit, Background check, credit check, and lease signing are required by the landlord.
Note: The apartment is in a 4th-floor walk-up building, so it’s not ideal for someone with mobility concerns.
