Nice and clean house with three-bedroom, second-floor apartment in a residential street close to Yale campus and Yale hospital, is very peaceful. With two roommates you share a fully updated bath and fully equipped kitchen. Utilities are gas, electricity, and WiFi and nothing else. All included in the rent. No pets, no smoking, no parties. One occupant per room. Long-term renters are preferred.
