Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Aydan apartments. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. The lease term will end on November 10th. You will have the chance to renew the lease if you decide you want to. Base rent is $1113- I pay about $1300 each month when you factor in water, gas, and electric. $400 security deposit would go to me- to cover the deposit I paid when starting my lease.
About the roomies
You would be taking over my lease- so no other individuals would be living with you. In-unit washer and dryer. There is a pool, hot tub, and gym on the property.
