Property is in the heart of Lancaster seconds away from any shopping, the lancaster market, and many local restaurants. Room is a single large room on the third floor with a closest with some built in wooden storage, wood flooring, and a full bathroom with a double vanity sink attached to room. Rest of living space includes includes all hard wood flooring, full roomy kitchen, large living area, fireplace, foyer with two closet’s for storage, washer and dryer in unit, and a separate half bath with a stall shower. This room is through a leasing agency and would require a years commitment.

It would be solely me that you would be rooming with. I am currently a pharmaceutical chemist at Eurofins where I have been for approximately two years. Grew up in Gettysburg, PA and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. I enjoy craft beer, gaming, cooking, outdoors, reading (mostly horror), and the gym.
