You’ll be getting a bedroom and shared bathroom on the first floor in a 2200 sq ft house. The bedroom will be unfurnished. You will share the bathroom with one other person, you will also share kitchen/dining/living room space with 3 people. This is a wonderful location just off Foothill Drive, about 5-7 minutes from the University of Utah campus, with easy access hiking, bus transit, and downtown within 10 minutes. There is a long single car drive way with a 2 car garage, and plenty of street parking; as well as a large front and back yard with a patio. You will be required to do a portion of yard work/house work, as we expect everyone to do their part. Unfortunately we are not able to allow anyone with cats or dogs. Outside of rent what you’ll pay is 1/4 of Gas, 1/4 of Power, and 1/4 of Internet(google fiber). First months rent in June is $800 as you’ll be taking over the lease of our current roommate who moves on the 26th of May due to unforeseen circumstances, starting in July rent will drop to $720. As far as we are aware, the landlord will not have an additional security deposit as it has already been paid. No smoking allowed on property.

We have 2 people currently living here, and a 3rd moving in early July. We are 3 laid back guys who love to hike, run, cook, garden and just enjoy life. 2 are current students at the U, and the other works at the hospital. Due to life schedules we do have in house quiet hours from 9:30pm-7am, and we are willing to make those earlier for starting/later for ending to accommodate a 4th roommate.
