Only 5 minutes to George Mason University (can also bike to school for less than 15 minutes), 11 minutes to NOVA (Annandale campus), 12 minutes to iNOVA Fairfax, and only a short 20 minute-drive to the Tysons Corner area. Easy access to I-66, I-495, Fairfax County Pkwy (268), Ox Road (123), and so on. There are many restaurants, shopping centers, groceries stores nearby with only minutes of driving.
The rental basement comes with all utilities (including Wifi) included in the price. It is currently unfurnished, but can be furnished with bedding and desk per request. You will have your OWN privacy here as everything is Private.
We are young professionals working in the Northern Virginia area. We are open-minded and would love to welcome you here. As rule of thumb, we usually make sure to keep the quite hours from 11PM to 7AM. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. There are multiple regional parks in the area (within minutes of driving) that you could take advantage of to do exercise or go for a run (like us).
