I have an unfurnished room available for rent. The bathroom is shared, you needn’t worry about the internet and bills, as they are already included in the rent. Washer and dryer on property. Location is downtown, house has been recently renovated and is situated opposite a park.

I am a 42-year-old male who is neurodivergent. When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym and playing video games. My daughter is also neurodivergent and keeps to herself. We are proud owners of two friendly dogs. The little one may take some time to warm up to you, but rest assured, they won’t bite.
