Madison Avenue

We have 2 bedrooms on the first level of the house that the future renter can make use of along with their own bathroom, all within the same area of the house (one room could be bedroom, other could be entertainment, office, etc.) Full access to the kitchen, living areas, and furnished basement that contains a projector wall/home theater setup. Roadside parking and within walking distance of the downtown area with grocery store, restaurants, etc. The house is in a nice, well-kept neighborhood that feels safe.

Currently my brother and I live in the house and we are co-owners with my parents who live just down the street. Since we’re owners, we can be flexible in decorating and requests for any upgrades in the rooms or bathroom.

I work full-time during the day at a law firm in Lafayette. My brother has a hybrid schedule of working as a tile setter some days and real estate videography on others. Some days he’s home editing, and others he’s gone all day working.

We both love to watch movies and play video games so we spend weekends doing that or working on projects around the house when we’re not hiking or biking.

We each have a dog, so there’s two dogs in the house. One of the dogs is a bit reactive, but we are working with him to behave better. Once they get to know you they are very sweet! Because of this though, we request no more dogs. We can discuss other animals if that’s a deal breaker.
