CENTER OF DOWNTOWN SLC-2 bed 2 bath, in unit laundry, dishwasher, pool, gym, hot tub, parking & pet friendly. Lease starts august 31st, 2026, however they have just sent out my renewal notice and I do have to sign by 6/12 to keep my price locked in for another lease. We would both be on the lease, meaning you’d have to apply and be approved prior to this date as well (it suck’s I know). The base rent is $1752, but with all of the apartment amenities fees, plus with outside utilities (electric/gas/wifi), it generally lands in the $1200 range, sometimes more sometimes less (per person). I’m also open to cheaper WiFi just heads up.

I’m 28F and I work in cosmetology (hair and makeup) and part time at a bar. I’m relatively clean, chill, friendly, and super respectful of space and boundaries. I enjoy going out with friends, the gym, and cooking, and in the summer the pool! I work a lot and enjoy a peaceful home. I’m sober but don’t expect/require a sober roommate. I’ve lived in this apartment with a couple different roommates over the past 6 years and although it is older and not luxury, I’ve loved it. I like the area & amenities & feel as though the price is decent given the competition in the area. I just want to be able to stay in this apartment! I’ll be upgrading some furniture and am open to potential roommate bringing in additions they’d like to! I’m open to anyone so long as we are able to communicate and respect each other!
