Townhouse in Gilroy. Furnished or unfurnished room. No drugs/alcohol. Smoking outside OK. Quiet neighborhood by school and a short walk/ride to Christmas Hill Park with walking/riding trails. No partying at the house (occasional dinner or game night with friends or family OK w/notice to one another.) Full kitchen and house privileges. Large private bedroom with balcony and bath, utilities included (WiFi, PG&E, garbage, water, etc.) Community has shared pool amenities.

Professional single, independent and loves to travel. No pets currently and prefer not to have them (but with clear boundaries it’s possible an exception could be made.)
