About the room
I’m currently seeking one or two roommates for a lovely 2-bedroom townhouse in Amherst. It’s conveniently located at the Rolling Green apartment complex, just off Route 9.
There is a free parking and a bus stop on the property. Move in day is July 5th and all paperwork has to be in before then. Price would be around $2325/month split 2 or 3 ways.
All utilities are included in the rent price except internet which is only $20 a month.
Laundry is onsite. There is also a basketball court, hiking trail, and pool.
The common spaces in the townhouse are also fully furnished.
About the roomies
About me: My name is Johnny and I am a 29 and work full time. I am also studying web development. I have 2 cats who would be moving into the townhouse with us. I am fairly quiet and keep to myself most of the time.
