One unfurnished bedroom available in a 3bed/3ba townhouse in Mission Valley starting July 1 (1-year lease). You will have the option to move into the larger master bedroom (approximately 10’x13’ plus larger closet and bathroom) or smaller bedroom (approximately 10’x11’ for $1,250/month + utilities). Both rooms have private ensuite bathrooms.

• Utilities are not included in the rent (usually about $100-$150/month per person).
• One cat will be living in the house—no other pets allowed
• 2-car garage shared between 3 roommates; private resident street parking available when not in garage

My roommate (Andrew) and I are both quiet, clean, and respectful young professionals. I work full-time as an environmental consultant and Andrew is a PhD student. We both work/go to school full time and are generally only home in the evenings and on weekends. Outside of work/school, we both love the outdoors (hiking, camping, diving, running, climbing). Andrew has a friendly cat, and as much as we love animals, no other pets are allowed on the property.

We are looking for another quiet young professional (20s-30s) to fill the third room in our townhouse. We’re both pretty low-key and just ask that you be responsible and respectful (pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, no wild parties, etc).
