This apartment is an ideal location to be for the summer especially. It is right in Hollywood, right behind the  Dolby Theater and Hollywood Walk of fame —-connected to the Ovation Hollywood Mall. Lots of fun events and Hollywood premieres. Moreover, this side of my apartment has its own key entrance, bathroom, shower, and fridge. It is set up as an office with a day bed. I am renting it for $1,350 —- all utilities included. I will also be providing a microwave and clothing rack. This spot is ideal for someone simple or with a busy lifestyle that is looking for a nice spot to lay their head. Looking for someone chill, clean, and responsible.
