Hello I am looking to rent out a room or two in my 5 bedroom 5,000+ square foot home. These rooms are fully furnished and contained shared spaces. (fully equipped kitchen, living room, piano room, decks etc…) This is a 5 acre estate property, is very private, and located in the northwest foothills of Morgan Hill. There are amazing mountain views of El Toro from the expansive decks which are great for breakfast coffee or after dinner wine tasting. You will have access to the shared common areas as well which include the fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room den, piano room, and laundry facilities. No Pets.

The property is located 3 miles from downtown Morgan Hill restaurants and entertainment and 23 miles from downtown San Jose and the San Jose airport. It is a short 35 mile drive to beaches and the Pacific Ocean and less than 60 miles to Monterey and Carmel for sightseeing, dining, shopping and the amazing golf courses of the Monterey Peninsula. There are many local wineries to explore as well as a lot of local outdoor activities hiking, running, road and mountain biking etc. Please reach out if you know of someone that would be interested.
