Located right at the I-17 and Loop 101 West in north Phoenix. New floors and a nice big backyard. Private room. Shared bathroom. The house is older but looks great. There is a room dedicated to fitness. Lots of equipment to use. I have an old doggo who is very sweet. Clean and minimalistic.
About the roomies
Its just me and my dog currently. Last roomie said she missed California and went back home. 46Y Male. Fitness coach and firefighter. I have a yoga background and a mat room in the house. Plenty of fitness equipment to use. The kitchen has great knives and pans with new appliances. Please know how to clean cast-iron. Kidding. Great little house.
