AVAILABLE NOW. I would like to rent a furnished room and bathroom (not shared) in my safe home to a female for $1000 per month. We request a female for safety purposes as the family has two women and no males. We speak both English and Spanish. We do not smoke or drink or use recreational drugs and we request that you also do not do these at my home. Landlord and employment references are required as is one month’s deposit. No overnight guests, cats, insects, reptiles, etc…(a small doggie might be ok since we have a small one). Here is what is included with your private room: -OWN bathroom/not shared -bathroom & home always clean -wifi -access to the washer and dryer -access to the kitchen -access to the living room -all utilities included -room cleaned once a week -sheets and towels laundered -broadcast TV (no cable TV) -pool and backyard access Thanks…..and respond with any questions.
