Angelo's room

In Wesley Chapel: Hi, I have a room available for rent for $750, with all utilities included. The room is not furnished and would share the bathroom with with another tenant from the bedroom across the hall, if that bedroom is also being leased (currently vacant). The house is 2,800 square feet so it is very spacious, I have 1 very friendly dog so I can’t take in any other pets. The first month of rent (will prorate if needed)+ a $500 refundable security deposit is due upon moving in. I am looking for a female or male roommate that is clean, easy-going, & considerate. Minimum of a 3-month lease term, one person per room only, non-smoking, with proof of employment, and a clean background.

I am a male, work from home in healthcare and responsible. Enjoy building cars and go see races.
