Three story home located near HWY 27, close to amusement parks and about an hour and half from beaches. Two bedrooms on second floor share a full bathroom and the third floor room has a private bathroom. Common areas include fully functional kitchen, back patio with pool and garden area, living room, dining room, family room and a half bath on bottom floor.

Retired widow renting out rooms to supplement income. Very active in and out of the home and takes care of the day-to-day responsibilities of the home. I Only ask that you clean after yourself and keep your private areas as clean as possible.
