One of the bedrooms we rent will be available now. We have both month-to-month rental or 6 and 12 month leases if you prefer. The bedroom is good size and fully furnished w/bed, dresser, desk, night stand and lamp. All rooms are setup with Xfinity HD TV hookups including converter box and controller. The dining room is just adjacent to kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, large side-by-side refrigerator w/ice and water in door. Washroom has a Washer/Dryer, Iron board and Iron. The home has central A/C and large deck w/BBQ and swings in the backyard. Also have high speed WiFi in the home. No pets and no smoking please and prefer female roommate. The room rent is $700 for month-to-month, However the first month is $600 to help with transition expense. Rent includes all utilities and amenities above and more.
