Cute and cozy one level house with 2 full baths and three bedrooms! Two bedrooms are a nice size, one being a little smaller and is perfect for an art/streaming studio, dance practice room, or great for storage. Spacious living room and kitchen, with a large fenced in backyard. The living room and bedrooms have new carpet and the washrooms have either tile or vinyl flooring. Washer and dryer included in unit!! Other appliances include a dishwasher, gas stove, and double oven. Kitchen is fully stocked, but we’ll need some small appliances like a toaster, microwave, air fryer, which I have no issues splitting the cost of. Guest bath is ver spacious with a big shower that has an amazing detachable shower head! My current landlord comes occasionally to refill the three car driveway with gravel, and is planning on extending the back deck as well as seeding the lawn. House is located right off of 52 and is 5 minutes away from I-25. 20 minutes from Longmont or Thornton, or 15 minutes to Firestone. You can have your pick of the bedrooms, my current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. I’m planning on keeping my current bed in the room I’m staying in now, so it’ll come with a bed if you need! We can also move it to the other bedroom if you have your own bed.

My name is Slater! I turn 26 June 29th, and identify as trans-masculine, and also use they/them pronouns. Obviously very much LGTBQ+ and 420 friendly, and I love animals! I currently have my service dog Mr. Pickles, so a small to medium dog that loves to play would be so welcome here! He is super friendly and high energy, so a cat who is used to active dogs is also welcome. I love live music, flow arts, hiking, spirituality, and healthy living. I try to keep the house as free of chemicals as I can, but love to burn some nice smelling incense or candles to set a comfortable atmosphere. Some of my favorite artists include Dorian Electra, Tipper, EPROM, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Tyler the Creator, $uicide Boys, and Asking Alexandria. I’m a great cook and love to make edibles every now and then! Right now I follow a mostly vegan diet - however you can stock the fridge and pantry with whatever you like. I enjoy a night in watching a studio ghibli movie or anime, or even a spooky drama! I also love going out everyone and then to a local show to check out some new or favorite edm artists. Right now I work for the new Costco that opened up in Longmont as an early morning stocker. I go in at 5am and clock out at 1:30, so if you are available in the morning it would be awesome if you could feed Mr. Pickles! Since I have a few free memberships to give away your new home will also come with a free Costco membership! I also like to go to the gym after work during the weekends and have a black planet fitness card, so you are more than welcome to share my membership with me. Even better if you want to go to the gym to work out or tan together! I’m planning on installing a doggy door, so if you have a dog then they will be able to go outside and play whenever. I don’t keep mr. Pickles kenneled while I’m away from home, so its important the main living area remains doggy proof! I’m hoping to room with like-minded LGBTQ+ folks who also enjoy jamming out to some wonky tunes, possibly sharing some home baked edibles and sharing new shows and movies! Friends and loved ones are always welcome too - I recently moved here myself and don’t know many people in the area. Communication is key though! I’m super laid back and I’m cool with most things as long as we can talk about it before hand (: I look forward to meeting and talking with you!!
