About the room
I am looking for someone to join our 4 bedroom apartment in Newton! The apartment is completely furnished except for the bedroom you’d be renting (just added more recent photos of the bedroom!). This is not a sublet, we are looking to renew our lease with a new roommates! Our apartment is spacious, with a large living room, dining room, sun room, plenty of closet space, and deck that we share with the downstairs neighbors.
There is free laundry in the basement. There is a large garage and driveway, as well as ample street parking. We’re a 15-minute walk from Waban T station on the green line. Sadly our landlord does not allow pets :(. Also our household is nonsmoking.
About the roomies
We are all young working professionals who like to keep the apartment clean. We use a chore chart to make sure we’re all participating equally in household maintenance, which we would expect of new roommates. We are all pretty busy, but on the rare occasion we are all home at the same time, we enjoy a good gab sesh or watching TV (we’re a big DWTS household and just went though a bit of an Abbot Elementary phase).
