About the room
The roomer is smaller in size but comes with a good view of an open grass area. It has its own bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Apartment is centrally located in Oceanside with close access to the freeway, shopping centers, and a really nice nature area with view of the ocean.
The complex has a pool, several outdoor relaxation areas, and a gym.
The balcony has view of the ocean and there is a garage as well with some limited storage space. No in space laundry units, but laundry facilities are available on site.
About the roomies
I am a 30m who works a lot of the time. I have a Norwegian Elkhound/Husky mix who is a total sweet heart and was professionally trained. When I am not working I enjoy reading, writing, getting out into nature, and spending time on my computer. I am quiet and spiritual by nature. I am a man of many hobbies and get a long well with most people.
