The room is available starting 5/15. Two-story house with garage storage, laundry and dryer, AC and heat, pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, large backyard. Fully furnished house and we share communal items for cooking and lounging. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house.
Great location that’s a 12-15minute drive to downtown Folsom, walking distance to the lake, and a shopping area 2 minutes away with a safeway.
We are 3 people currently M25, F19, M20. We are all working professionals and looking for someone around our age who is relaxed and no drama.
