Peaceful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment just north of downtown Milford. Available room is on the 2nd floor of this 2 floor apartment with its own bathroom and a small landing and is unfurnished.

First floor is shared kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer, along with my bedroom and bathroom. Shared spaces are furnished, though if you’re bringing furniture / artwork, I’m happy to discuss rearranging some.

Total rent is $2475 ($1237 each) and includes water/sewer. Gas, electric, and internet are extra.

New roommate would need to apply through landlord and be added to the lease.

I work at Yale and enjoy reading, cooking, baking, crafting and singing. I’m quiet and am very involved with a local church and the New Haven Chorale.
