Unit is at Audere Apartments, 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, primary room with private bath available. Would require you to sign the lease with me starting 9/20/2023. Could potentially move in a bit earlier but only if really needed. Wonderful area just south of the Biltmore, grocery, entertainment, and highways close by for quick commutes! Great, safe neighborhood behind the building for walks/runs. The BEST amenities of any apartment I’ve lived in, look up the complex online for pictures! Haven’t received renewal offer from the office yet but current year’s rent is $920, then additional 30 for internet and 30-60 for electricity depending on time of year. Includes reserved covered parking spot.

Working professional with part-time job and full-time graduate school, so I live a busy but quiet life. Love the gym, laying out, cooking, and spending time with friends when not working/studying. Prefer clean common spaces and looking for a friendly, easy-going roommate situation! FYI Would require you to sign a lease! My roommate got a new job and is no longer able to renew her lease. I’ve lived in this unit for 3+ years, love it, and would prefer not to move!
