My name is Brandon, I’m 28, and I’m looking for a male roommate to share a 4bd/2ba home in Los Gatos. Move in date July 1st, but flexible if needing to move in sooner. You’ll share the home with me and my two Alaskan Malamutes, Frodo and Teeka.
About the location: 10 min drive to downtown Los Gatos 20 min drive to Downtown San Jose 25 min drive to Santa Cruz Quiet and safe neighborhood in the mountains Surrounded by Redwoods and trails for walking/running/etc
About the home: Rent $2150 Utilities are split (pg&e/internet, totaling ~$150 per person a month) Water, trash, recycling, gardeners covered by landlord Each of us have 2 bedrooms and our own bathroom The rest of the home is shared space which includes foyer, living room, kitchen/dining, front porch, backyard multi-layered patio, all fully fenced in Laundry in unit Off-street parking
