What’s included : Access to the Private Bedroom 10*11/Private Bathroom/ Kitchen / Laundry Room . All utilities are included Water/Trash /Sewer/Wi-Fi/ Cable and electric. This is a gated community manned by a gate guard also has 24 hour security, you will also have access to all the amenities that are with-in Champions gate that includes swimming pool / Lazy River / Restaurant / Gym / Arcade / Movie Room / Sand Volleyball Courts / Golf Course and more .

General house rules: I work from home so being respectful of my work schedule Monday-Friday 9am -6Pm. No smoking or drug use on property . Clean up after yourself also share in the cleaning and up keep of the household, you would be responsible for your own cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap etc. No shoes or sandals to be worn through out the house I like to main a clean environment.

What I am looking for : A single person no kids or pets, that is clean and takes pride in where they live. Drug free / Drama free / Smoke free.

Qualifications : We require a background and credit check as well as proof of income. You will also be required to sign a lease we will offer different lease terms and month 2 month option as well .You will also be responsible to pay a refundable $350.00 security deposit upon move in. You will also need to pay a $45.00 application fee which pays for the background and credit check . Serous inquires only.

My husband and I have been living in our house since 2021. We have a loving Pit-bull mix puppy named Axel he is 1 year old . If you are allergic or afraid of dogs our house my not be the best fit for you . We do not allow Axel on our furniture or to go upstairs, he stays downstairs 90% of the time.
