Dana's room

The apartment complex is a smaller complex that is located off Nord and is less than a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to Chico State. This beautiful complex has many great amenities inside and outside of the apartment including a pool, exercise room, volleyball court, basketball court, lounge area, in unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Parking is also included. The unit is a 3 bed 2 bath. Rent would be around $600 not including utilities like pg&e and wifi. We are looking for someone who is 420/alc friendly, and someone who doesn’t mind having a cute cat as an extra roommate. We would prefer a female who is 20+. The washer and dryer are in-unit. Depending on your budget and if the master bedroom is open, you would have your own room but share a bathroom with another girl.

I am 19, turning 20 this summer, and will be a junior majoring in Business Administration at Butte College in the fall and Taylor is undecided. I have a job, so between school and work I’m not home as much. In our free time, we like to spend time outside, go out with friends, and sometimes stay in and have a girls night.
