O Neil Spencer's room

I have a two bedroom townhouse in the Cheektowaga community. It’s about 15 minutes drive from the UB campus. My daughter, a third year undergraduate student at UB lives in one room. The unit is fully furnished, newly remodeled, new kitchen and bathroom, etc. Parking lot, laundry room and storage in the basement included. Heat included and cooking gas , roommate will share electric and internet bill with my daughter. I can offer the room furnished or without furniture.

Twenty year old female going into her third year at UB. She is quite reserved person who doesn’t party, drinks or smokes.
